Terms of Agreement
Since PTCPay sells non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is purchased, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing.
Please make sure that you have carefully read over the terms of service, privacy policy, FAQ, refund policy and tried out the demo "prior"  to purchasing.
All Orders Are Manually Approved
We do this for your security and our security. In the digital world we live in, you can no longer have auto approval on any digital good which can not be retreived after shipment. This is because of programs which tamper with data that is sent to a server. These programs can change data to reflect $0.01 for a $1,000 order. Because of this we ask that you patiently wait for your order to be approved since we may be sleeping when your order comes through. Orders are approved as soon as we are are back online again which is always within 24 or less of your order. You can always contact us regarding any questions about your order via our contact page.
You are Notified of the Following
  • You may request a refund for the installation of a script before we install it, but not once installation is completed.
  • Any type of dispute or charge-back will result in permanent license suspension.
  • Custom work is eligible for a refund if not completed on time. Please note that holidays and weekend do not count in the time-frame.
  • We will not refund orders which are tampered with by changing posted data and/or orders which are purposely made for less than the charged amount; tamperdata/greesemonkey/similar programs.
  • We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy as we see fit.
